Bissell ProHeat 2X Select Deep Cleaning System

I have an autistic son whom is potty training so he sometimes wee wees on the carpet next to the bathroom. This proheat 2X gets my carpets fresh and clean each time as well as getting up everyday dirt. I also highly recommend the Bissell carpet shampoo. Using them together is a win win for me and my family!

We use the steam carpet cleaner approxamately every 6 months. We were having a special party at the house so I had them cleaned by a professional carpet cleaning company. The carpets didn't look any different than when we do them ourselves. I could have saved the $140.00. I will keep using the carpet cleaner and save money.

We just bought a home from a family with dogs. I thought I would save my Bissell ProHeat 2x Turbo for spot cleaning so I rented a Rug Doctor to clean the carpets. It simply wetted the carpet and increased the horrible smell. My Bissell made the carpets look and smell almost new. I couldn't believe the bags of pet hair the Bissell picked-up that the Rug Doctor left behind.

I love this machine! My friends are always begging to borrow it for their carpets. I recently bought two puppies and during potty training I was cleaning the carpets once a week from their accidents. The stains came out easily and the smell was completely gone and left my carpets looking great. The machine even managed to get out older stains from the previous owner. The attachments are helpful for the stairs too. Overall, I highly recommend this product, it is worth the investment.

I love my Bissell carpet cleaner.. far superior than that of a rental machine. The carpet soap has been awesome too. I was even asked by my parents to clean their carpeting, especially after their dog has been naughty, anyway, they were very impressed and Im sure it was much healthier in the house for them. I have not yet tried the silver bottle. so may try that soon

This is my favorite piece of equipment...With 5 children and 3 cats this is a LIFESAVER!!!
Couple it with Allergen Control and we are good to go. So far there isn't anything it hasn't been able to remove from my carpet and upholstery - even silly putty! Thank You Bissell for making such a great product.

I have been renting an industrial carpet cleaner for the past 5 years. I was paying about $40.00 every 6 months. The rented machine was huge, bulky and a hassle to clean after I was done. It took me about 1/2 a day to fully clean my 1,000 square foot house. Loading & unloading into my car was back breaking! I thought I was being smart by renting, as I didn't have much space to store my own. This Christmas, I purchased a Bissell ProHeat X2 and used it for the first time. What a difference! I forgot to mention having a dog and cat.

My new Bissell was amazing! I assembled it with no problem! I used it for the first time & my carpet looks like it did when I purchased the house as a first owner! Like new! Operating it was a piece of cake! It took me about half the time to the rental one! When I was finished, it was easy to clean! The dirt it picked up - guess the rental wasn't doing as good as I thought. Have I mentioned storing it? It fit in the closet along with my vacuum cleaner, like it was meant to be there!

My only regret is why didn't I purchase my Bissell sooner!

First off, I must say that this is an excellent machine and is worth every cent. I have a 3-bedroom flat that is vinyl tiled, save and except for the master bathroom, laundry room and utility room. I am also a sinus sufferer and have 2 daughters with sensitive skin, so rugs and carpets are not an option. For those of you with vinyl floors, you know the nightmare with cleaning. I bought this machine specifically because it can clean both bare floors and upholstery.

I used the machine on the living room set first, as I had to order the bare floor tool separately. My furniture looks brand new, and I was amazed at the amount of dirt that was embedded there. I chose the lavender fragrance so I'm greeted with that beautiful fragrance everytime I walk through the door.

I did the master bathroom and kitchen next, and I'm satisfied with the results. One observation though - I think the machine works better on ceramic tiles than it does on vinyl. When I got to the kitchen, the floor tool worked well, but after a while the rubber strip attached, which acts like a windhield wiper and gets the most of the water off the floor, back into the machine, kept coming off. I had to stop several times to take off the tool and reattach it, and that was frustrating. Nevertheless, it did a fantastic job on the tiles, because they were really dirty. I like the fact that the dirty water is kept separate from the clean; that way I'm ensured that I'm using clean water throughout.

I also think that the bare floor cleaning solution should come in a larger bottle, because the size now is sufficient to do only one large room, or 2 small rooms, depending on the level of cleaning required. I'll have to purchase a few more bare floor tools, but I hope the rubber strip doesn't keep coming off. This machine is a big help for me. I'm looking forward to completing the other rooms!!!!!
