Married to a hunter and fisherman who loves plush carpets under his bare toes, but is not housebroken to wiping feet and taking boots off nor tuning out the whine and bark of our toy Yorkies needing to go out, made me want to tear out the carpet and go wood, but after using our Bissell, I am amazed we have soft clean carpets now..and no labor so they get done often. I just wish that the tanks were a little larger so we wouldn't need to add /change water as much when doing a large room...but I am happy

My husband and I are VERY impressed! Bissell has always had great products but this one is amazing! We have a 13 week old puppy and a potty training 2yo and this takes care of EVERYTHING! Plus, after cleaning, the carpet is soft instead of being pushed down like our other cleaner was doing. We are IN LOVE with this and wonder why we waited so long to buy it. The tank size is perfect for us, we don't even make it through the whole gallon before the living room is spotless!

This cleaner is amazing. It got out many tough stains. The carpets looked great after going over them with this machine. There were a lot of stains in the carpets after I moved into this house. This machine got them up when other things didn't work.

Wow! I have always had Hoover cleaners (sorry) but the last model that I purchased was never a good machine, so when I finally became fed up with the leaking and its inability to suck up even half of the water it put down I began looking at other models. I did a LOT of research...really...but the Bissell had all of the features that I thought were desirable in a carpet cleaner and features that I never even imagined...the rinse carpet mode and the hot air to help dry the carpet...the edge cleaning brushes...WOW...after using it on my berbers in the bedrooms I became convinced! I have had TWO count them, two Hoovers and have NEVER had my carpets look this good! I was saving up for new carpets in my bedrooms...now I can get a new dishwasher instead...Hey does Bissell make a dishwasher?

I bought this along with the bissell powerforce bagless upright vacuum 7 months ago. We have light cream carpets and a 3yr old. After 3 months of using another popular brand we were ready to replace the carpets! There were so many stains from our toddler and normal foot traffic and it seemed like the carpet was never clean no matter how many times I vacuumed. So we researched online and saw the great reviews of both of these and went out to buy them knowing if they didn't work well we could return them. I was amazed! The vaccum I had to empty out 3 times! Thats how much my old vacuum had missed!! The carpets already looked 100x better! Then we used this and were in love!

This machine is amazing. I just purchased my second 2X ProHeat (I'm handing my first one down to my daughter she loves it so much!!). I love it so much too, that's why I chose to purchase another one. We have white berber carpet and two small dogs. I am adament about keeping the floors clean so with two dogs coming in and out sometimes their putty paws bring in dirt. But I have no worries because I know the Bissell 2X Home Healthy will get any stains or dirt out. I clean my carpets and rugs (high traffice areas) about once a month. I also use the attachments to clean my sofa and loveseat upholstery regularly. The beater bar gets out all animal dander and hair so it keeps the allergens eliminated for a healthier environmemt. Also, I love the flexibility of chosing cleaning options. If I want to apply cleaning formula I can but I can also use the "water rinse" only option. I can not do without this product!

Just purchased this product. What a cleaning machine. The carpet was cleaned beautifully and made the whole house smell great. Can't believe I have wasted money on hiring carpet cleaners. The professionals never did this great of a job. Plus you have the convenience of use anytime. Love It.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Entire home has Berber carpeting (not my choice) and the professionals quoted a rather astronomical price to clean them all. Thought about it, did our research (Consumer Reports, web sites, customer comments, etc.) and then decided it was economical to purchase this FANTASTIC Bissell Healthy Home shampooer. The return on our investment will be realized on the first whole house cleaning, which is in currently in process. This is the most amazing machine, easy to use, much quieter than advertised and CLEANS CLEANS CLEANS better than expected. The heavily trafficked areas did require some spot spray (also a Bissell product) and it worked, truly worked. Wow, I cannot praise the Healthy Home shampooer highly enough. You need your carpets cleaned - you might as well buy this machine - you will not regret it. The salesman at Lowe's has 4-5 dogs and he said he has used (an older model) his Bissell shampooer for years and he also stated we would not be disappointed. He was right!!

Absolutely amazing... makes carpet look new and is very easy to use. We have a 200lb dog and two cats and it's removed every stain they've had to offer (with light beige carpert). Leaves a great spell after carpet cleaning which is an added bonus. Also, I used the small scrub brush to clean the couches and the results were AMAZING... I was disgused to see how dirty they were after emptying the dirty water. It made them look like new and smell amazing... I was even able to scrub a few small blood stains out of the footrest. Truly worth every penny and great for a variety of circumstances... as I stated we have pets, normal wear and tear, and my husband who does factory work and always dirtying up the carpet. I highly recommened this because it can really liven up your house!!
