This machine has not ever disappointed me. Worth every dollar! I have two shih tzus who track in dirt, and whom vomit occassionally(from eating things they should not) in secluded places on the carpet. Such as, behind the couch. This machine is a true "cleaning" machine. You won't ever again have to pay for professional carpet cleaning service!

We have had this for about 2 years now and it has proven itself over and over again. When we first got it we took it over to my Mother in laws house and her 10 year old carpet that was never deep cleaned actually changed colors. Excellent product, will use over and over again. I strongly recommend the pet stain cleaner for anyone with pets as well, it eliminates pee spots and return visits to that area to soil again.

i just bought this machine last week. i use it in only one room so far that im sad to say the carpet was repeatedly peed and pooped on by my aunts semi-feral cat that i inherited 3 years ago and just couldn't bring myself to put down even w/ its age. i used the heavy traffic setting and am amazed at how well it worked. the room smells clean and the carpet is fluffy again. im gonna clean it once more in the morning and use the water rinse setting just to make sure its all good. best carptet cleaner i have owned so far.. had 3 in the past.. so easy to use and clean up after also
